Moravia IT Extends Partnership with TRADOS, Signs Letter of Intent

Brno, Czech Republic - November 18, 2002

Moravia IT today announced an extension of their partnership with TRADOS GmbH, the leading provider of translation technologies, and signed a Letter of Intent to become an authorized reseller offering the complete range of TRADOS products as well as professional technical product support, training, and consultation services.

This step builds on the extensive experience Moravia has accumulated using TRADOS products since 1994, when it became one of the first companies to implement Trados Workbench for Windows. Since then, Moravia has been employing the translation memory and terminology tools from TRADOS as an integral part of the company's localization processes, proving the quality and value of these tools in some of the most demanding large-scale multilingual localization projects. The benefits of using these tools, including enhanced efficiency, productivity, and excellent consistency, have been shared between Moravia and their customers.

As part of this agreement, Moravia will offer the TRADOS products to localization and translation companies, professionals, and freelancers. Moravia will build and maintain a cooperative relationship with local translator's associations as well as university departments training interpreters and translators.
