Meet Us at Localization World Bonn 2005
Brno, Czech Republic - May 4th, 2005
Localization World returns to Germany for the second time, once again to Bonn's Beethovenhalle on the Rhine River. The theme for this Localization World is "Double the Language Challenge" and the conference will take a closer look at the changing localization industry in Europe a year after the European Union was enlarged from 15 to 25 countries, increasing the number of official languages from 11 to 20. Localization World Bonn 2005 will have a special focus on marketing communications, financial services and the European Union.
Moravia Worldwide would like to invite you and your industry colleagues to meet us at Localization World Bonn 2005 conference and exhibition. This exciting event will be held from Tuesday 31 May through Thursday 2 June 2005 at the magnificent Beethovenhalle concert and exhibition hall in downtown Bonn on the banks of Germany's majestic Rhine River.
For a limited time, Moravia Worldwide is offering FREE Localization World exhibit hall passes. To receive your free exhibit hall pass, please send your name and company name to locworldbonn(at)moraviaworldwide.com. We will add your name to our special guest list, and your free pass will be waiting for you in Bonn.
Please note, the free exhibit hall pass entitles the user to visit the Localization World Bonn exhibits only, and does not guarantee admission to other aspects of the Localization World Bonn program.
At Localization World Bonn 2005, you will:
- Learn first-hand from Moravia's joint case study with a leading life sciences company about their successful cooperation as they localized their technical documentation for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) into eight CEE languages. This presentation will portray how the relationship between this company and Moravia has developed and evolved and how the collaborative association of our two companies has led to increased openness to address unique client-side requirements in the regulated life sciences sector, with the often-tricky everyday issues associated with CEE languages.
- Find out about the shortage of available professional translators and interpreters in the EU accession countries since EU enlargement from Moravia's Ivan Lukavsky, Group Manager, Business Partner Group, in a Point-Counterpoint panel discussion entitled "Where Have All the Translators Gone?" Discover if the perceived shortage of translators is real. If so, how does the problem manifest itself? Are projects being delayed? Is linguistic quality affected?
- Join Moravia's Chief Corporate Strategist Arturo Quintero and other leading localization service provider representatives on the topic of managing currency fluctuation for localization suppliers in a Point-Counterpoint panel discussion.
While you are at the conference, please be sure to visit Moravia's booth in the Beethovenhalle Exhibit Hall Foyer 3 to learn more about what's new at Moravia Worldwide, including our QASight testing and engineering business unit.
