Moravia Worldwide Celebrates 15 Years, Achieves Record Growth and Revenue

Brno, Czech Republic - May 27th, 2005

Moravia Worldwide, a leading globalization solution provider, announced today record revenue and growth for the 2004 fiscal year ended December 31, 2004. Overall, the company achieved record sales with an increase of 47% year-on-year compared with results recorded in 2003, and a continuation of the company's consecutive revenue growth, profitability and fiscal stability trend. At the same time, Moravia launched a program to celebrate the 15th anniversary of its founding in 1990.

Over its 15 year history, Moravia has grown to become a recognized quality provider of translation, localization and testing and engineering services, and is positioned as a leading provider of these services in the medium-sized category. Founded in Brno, Czech Republic in 1990, the company has developed to become a recognized provider of linguistic and technical solutions for all European and Asian business languages and has established regional offices across Europe, in North America, and in Japan and China. The company's main regional production centers are in Brno, Czech Republic and in Nanjing, China.

To initiate its 15th anniversary celebrations, Moravia held a global company-wide gathering in February 2005, with participants from all worldwide locations. This gathering included strategic seminars with key contributors from Moravia's worldwide offices, as well as consultants, partners and invited guests. Moravia will continue its anniversary celebration in Bonn, Germany in June 2005 with the sponsorship of the Localization World Bonn 2005 Rhine River Cruise and Dinner.

"I am very pleased with the structure of our growth in 2004," commented Ms. Katerina Forstingerova, CEO of Moravia Worldwide. "We have seen balanced growth across all three major regions in which we operate, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, and in all of these regions we have exceeded the revenue figures originally projected for the year. I am particularly pleased with the significant increase in the demand for our QASight testing and engineering services, as well as with a major rise in the demand for Asian language localization."

Ms. Forstingerova continued, "I'm very happy that we are celebrating our 15th birthday at Localization World where we will have the opportunity to meet with and express our gratitude to our clients, partners and others in the industry who have made our remarkable success possible."

Arturo Quintero, Moravia Worldwide's Chief Corporate Strategist, commented: "2004 saw the continuation of a balance struck between major new customer acquisitions achieved in the year and an increase in revenue with our existing customers. We see this as a proof of the company's ability to attract new clients and grow at rate higher than most in the industry and at the same time meet and exceed our existing customers' requirements for quality and capacity."

Moravia will continue the celebration of its 15th anniversary throughout 2005 with further events planned for later this year.

Moravia is a privately owned company and does not release detailed financial results or reports.
